Personalized one-on-one and semi-private coaching designed for anyone looking to elevate their performance, build strength and conditioning, or improve overall movement quality. Each program is fully tailored to your goals, abilities, and lifestyle—making your training purposeful, sustainable, and empowering. Your training program also includes detailed notes, form cues, and personalized feedback after each session, giving you a clear roadmap for progress. My goal is not only to guide you during our time together, but to help you build the knowledge and confidence to train effectively on your own.
Personal training sessions are offered in efficient 30-minute formats or full 60-minute sessions, providing you with the flexibility to train in a way that fits your schedule and goals. All sessions are available as individual drop-ins or in value-based packages of 5 or 10 sessions.Choose the time and package that works for you — stay consistent, build momentum, and keep progressing with every session.

Designed to enhance mobility and reduce muscle tension, each session combines guided stretching, targeted myofascial release, and advanced mobility techniques to help your body move more freely and efficiently.
Using hands-on support and Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching, we work with your nervous system to safely increase flexibility, improve muscle activation, and expand your range of motion. This approach uses controlled muscle contractions followed by deep, supported stretches, allowing for greater mobility gains than stretching alone while promoting recovery and overall body regeneration.
These sessions are suitable for all ages and activity levels and are fully customized to your individual needs. Whether you’re looking to increase flexibility, relieve discomfort, recover from training, enhance athletic performance, or simply restore balance after a long day, each session is tailored to support how your body feels and functions best.

Experience the perfect blend of personalized coaching and group energy in our small group resistance training sessions. Led by a certified personal trainer, each workout is designed around a circuit-style format that keeps you moving, motivated, and challenged.
You’ll rotate through a series of strength-focused stations using free weights, kettlebells, bands, and functional equipment — all tailored to your fitness level, with groups kept intentionally small, you receive hands-on coaching, form corrections, and individualized progressions while still enjoying the upbeat, supportive environment of training alongside others.

Before joining circuit training classes, we ask all participants to provide a brief medical and injury background. This information helps your personal trainer understand any existing conditions, past injuries, surgeries, or physical limitations that may affect your movement or exercise tolerance.
Sharing this information allows us to:
Modify exercises safely
Prevent aggravation of previous injuries
Be aware of any medical considerations (such as heart conditions, joint issues, or mobility restrictions)
Ensure you receive appropriate guidance and support throughout the class

This mobility and stretching class focuses on improving range of motion, reducing stiffness, and supporting healthy joints and muscles. Through safe, guided movements and proper warm-ups, you’ll build better posture, balance, and movement control—helping you move with ease, prevent injuries, and stay strong, capable, and independent at every stage of life.
