About a year ago I spotted a trainer jumping between different pieces of gym equipment; using each in innovative and high-energy ways. That’s when I decided I needed that trainer on my team; somebody with the skill and imagination to employ equipment and techniques to my best advantage… because everybody is different, and we all have different strengths and weaknesses.

That inspirational trainer was Kaela Kennedy. And she got me excited again about working out. Kaela quickly identified my areas of weakness and developed routines tailored to my needs. She also got me engaged in performing those routines on my own; which is paramount, because great routines won’t help unless you perform them on a regular basis.

Kaela also appreciated that I don’t know much about anatomy or how to use the equipment to my best advantage. So she created graphics-based instructions that helped me visualize the setup and correctly perform each exercise on my own. For a novice like me, that was crucial.
