With groups kept intentionally small, you receive hands-on coaching, form corrections, and individualized progressions while still enjoying the upbeat, supportive environment of training alongside others.

Before joining circuit training class, we ask all participants to provide a brief medical and injury background. This information helps your personal trainer understand any existing conditions, past injuries, surgeries, or physical limitations that may affect your movement or exercise tolerance.

Sharing this information allows us to:
